Include your store's myshopify.com domain, the offer name and what you expected to happen. Screenshots can help; hide any customer information. Never send passwords, API keys or payment card details.

Getting started

Open Seeking Bundles from Apps in Shopify admin.
Create an offer, select products and configure the quantities and discount.
Use Store setup to enable the app in your theme, then publish the offer.
Test the product page and cart before promoting it to customers.

Plans and billing

Starter costs 0.5% of qualifying net bundle sales ($5 per $1,000), with no monthly minimum. Grower costs USD 29 per 30 days with unlimited bundle sales. Both include the same features; background removal has a separate allowance shown in the editor. Development stores are free. Shopify handles plan approval and billing.

Both plans include a 14-day trial. Starter excludes usage during the first 14 days; changing plans or reinstalling does not restart that grace period. Non-USD sales use the latest available ECB daily rate on or before the order's UTC date, without markup. Refunds use the original rate.

Refunds and corrections

Qualifying order refunds reduce current usage or create a credit against later Starter usage. If you leave Starter with unused credit, contact support. We verify the original app charge and settle eligible credits or refunds through Shopify; Shopify's invoice and refund rules apply. Cancelling a plan selection leaves your existing plan unchanged. Analytics

Offer views and add-to-cart events depend on browser consent and can be blocked. Orders are attributed using the bundle information on Shopify order lines. Estimated extra revenue is an estimate, not proof that the app caused additional sales. Test orders are excluded by default.
